Soft pastels, bold patterns, subtle
lace details, floating chiffon outlines, and ultra-feminine cuts make up Kate Fearnley’s new collection for
spring/summer. Inspired by the classic Hollywood hit High Society, the sophisticated and playful looks in the
film are reminiscent throughout the collection.
Fearnley’s ‘50s-centric
designs embark timelessness, and are ideal for any occasion that calls for a stand-out look. Although it
stems away from her signature look, the vivacity found in each of her garments is always easy to
spot.
“I think that this
collection offers something for everyone,” says Fearnley. “These pieces would be well-suited for a lady in
her 40s as to a 20-something.”
In 2010, Fearnley won the
Cosmopolitan award for Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year, and plans on continuing to put women
in beautiful dresses as she celebrates her 10th design anniversary in 2012.
The
High
Society-inspired collection will be available starting February 2012 throughout 80 locations
worldwide, and on her website.
